ME: What do you love about 729 Wills? SELLERS: "great location - within walking distance of 2 "T"(public transportation) stations, Shiloh Street(a flat, walkable street with restaurants, bars, flower shop, bank, bakery, public parking) Shops. Easy access to all major highways making commuting a breeze. We live on a private street so, not much traffic/road noise. AWESOME front, covered porch which is great during Spring, Summer & Fall. Very easy to maintain the home". Well, not sure I can top that. There is a full finished top floor that needs heat & A/C in order to be usable(4th bedroom anyone) all year round. Set up a chair on 1 of the observation decks for a sunset transformation of Pittsburgh from light to night....STUNNING.
